Back to Back Saturdays at Fullerton GC

Blessed to play another round of golf at FGC, thanks to my friend Peter!

It was alittle chilly on the driving range at 9am.

Peter and I compared our drivers ... his was made of wood (old school)!

Peter had some pretty good drive especially since this was his first time playing 18 holes.

We finished our first 9 holes in about two and a quarter hour.

On the back nine, I missed my birdie opportunity with my pin high placement (had to settle for a 4/2 bogie).

Apparently, someone changed the signage at #17.

There must have been a church tournament going on today as we saw all these signage on every tee box today. I thought it was nice to see El Sauzal Orphanage represented on #17.

I had an awesome 4 iron tee shot just a couple feet from the pond (for the mandatory irons only layup shot) but then I proceeded to blade my ball right into the nasty pond! I ended up ruining a great tee shot with a ugly 6/1 bogie.

Chad taking his final tee shot at #18

Harold was playing great all day, his last tee shot ended up in the #18 bunker.

Peter's last tee of the day ended up alittle short but still very straight. Very impressed by my friend's first time playing this par 68 course.

I had a great tee shot with my 5 iron that landed a couple feet back of the greens. Missed my birdie opportunity but manage to save Par for the first time today.

It was a great nice day on the course!
