DB's 60th round YTD
My 60th round of golf this year started on a really hot and humid afternoon!
You have to keep drinking water to stay hydrated!
I heard that it was raining in Riverside County and there were lots of clouds like this over the golf course.
Fortunately, I was able to finish 9 + 1 holes (shot a 41/17 on the front 9) and practiced a few shots on the #11 and #12 before retiring for the evening. Eventhough it was warm and muggy, I still had a good time!

we had a nice sunset too!
It was nice to play 9 holes with my coworkers. Wish my short game was a lot better!

Playing under a full moon at BHGC
Got to play a round of solo twilight golf (9 plus 1)
waiting to tee off at #3
my tee up on #5, it was such a beautiful afternoon!
Nice sunny afternoon for golfing!
my ball in rough within chipping distance of the green
#7 green from the backside
#8 green from the left side
taking a practice swing on #9
I got to finish 9 holes in about an hour
I hit the green with my 6I on #9
but I couldn't get a birdie or par (3 putted) and my ball stopped just short of the hole!
I played and par'd #10 but after losing a few ball on #11, I just practiced on the next couple holes, noticed the full moon rising over #12; cool huh?!
DB shooting for the moon!
It was fun!!

A slew of 6's at Brea GC
We hooked up with Lynn, a retired businessman from Florida.
Tammy and Russell look over the fairway
Tammy walks up to the front tees
Russell takes a fairway swing.
We only got to play 7 holes before we had to quite due to darkness. My back was feeling kinda of sore, I guess I haven't fully recovered from my 18 holes on Sunday. I shot a 42/12 thru 7 holes and lost a couple ball in the canal.
Oh well, next time will be better!

18 holes at Birch Hills
Got to start twilight earlier today (at 5:03 pm) and I finally par'd #5!!
Finish the front 9 with three ladies in about 2 hours. Then I ran over to play the back 9 in the last hour of daylight!
The sprinkers were on on #12
Beautiful sunset over Birch Hills GC!
#13 fairway
Finally finished all 18 holes by 8:04pm! Think I'm cramping up now cause' I pretty much ran the last 9 holes!

Golfing around on a Sunday afternoon
I went to Brea Golf Course (now under Billy Casper Mgnt) after lunch today for the first time in months. Unfortunately, the course was so busy that I couldn't get on.
So I went back to my regular golf course at Birch Hills and promptly got on.
It was fun and frustrating at the same time. I shot a 46/21 and finished up by 7:56pm.
