I got a plate-load of yummy country buffet (ugh, too much food before golfing)!
Castlewood Country Club in Brandon, Ms for 18 holes of golf in the afternoon.
This beautiful course is located in central Mississippi near the state capitol of Jackson (just below Ross Barnett Reservoir.
All ready to play with some borrowed clubs and a full belly of good ol' Southern food!

also very resourceful in locating lost balls hit into water hazards!
It was fun even though I was struggling to put together a halfway decent game!
Afterward, I had dinner with Jerold and his lovely family for Italian at the Ridgeland Mall.
Thanks Jerold, Dorene and family for a very enjoyable day with you guys!! I felt very blessed to have such good friends as you!
