Twilight golfing at Whittier Narrows

Met Jeff for some twilight golfing at Whittier Narrows Golf Course in Rosemead. We tee off about 3:00 or so.

We decided to ride this time since Jeff forgot to bring his pull cart.

Here's one of Jeff's sand shot. The sand was pretty hard.

The #2 fairway was really short, about 117 yards or so.

#8 fairway was pretty long!

It was a nice 9 hole course. Kinda of confusing since there weren't any course maps available. I shot a 55/20 and Jeff shot a 50/19 for the day.

Jeff wanted to go to The Venice Room in Monterey Park for dinner, you get to pay for the privilge of grilling your own steak.

da Grill-it-yourself meal!

assort seasonings

steak on the barbie

da whole meal deal!

A nice early dinner after golf. I got to see a beautiful sunset high lighting Downtown LA (in my rearview window) and a nice full moon in front of me as I was back driving home in Orange County.
